• Notifying administrators of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Voting Rules

• One vote per student per election
• Votes cannot be changed once submitted
• Students must be approved by administrators before voting
• Email verification is required before account approval

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Attempt to manipulate voting results
• Create multiple accounts
• Vote on behalf of other students
• Use automated tools to interact with the system
• Share your login credentials with others

6. Account Suspension

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for:

• Violating these terms
• Providing false information
• Attempting to interfere with the voting process
• Any activity deemed inappropriate by administrators

Your data will be retained for the duration of your enrollment and may be kept for a reasonable period after graduation for record-keeping purposes. You may request account deletion by contacting the administrator.
